Programme Details |
Meet & greet at Yangon International Airport (morning flight) and then, transfer to hotel (lunch will be served at the local restaurant). In the afternoon, Yangon sightseeing includes Sule Pagoda, dating back over 2,000 years ago; Karaweik Hall, a royal floating barge, for photo stop; and Then enjoy the sunset at Shwedagon Pagoda, one of the world's most spectacular monuments. Transfer back to hotel and overnight in Yangon.
Breakfast at the hotel and then, transfer you to Yangon Airport for domestic flight to Bagan (Appx. 06:30am - 07:50am). Arrive at Nyaung U Airport and start your full day Bagan sightseeing with a visit to the colorful Nyang Oo Market. Then visit to the Shwezigon pagoda and its magnificent golden stupa, Wetkyi-In Gubyaukgyi, a cave temple with exquisite jetakas murals paintings and the elegant Htilominlo Temple noted for its fine plaster carvings and glazed sandstone decorations . Chec k into your hotel. In the afternoon, visit to Ananda, an architectural masterpiece of the early - style temple with four impressive standing Buddha images, Ananda Okkyaung, one of the few surviving brick monasteries from the early Bagan period and Thatbyinnyu the highest temple in Bagan rising to 81 meters. End the day at Bupaya Pagoda to watch the sunset over the famous Ayeyarwaddy River. Accommodation at Hotel, Bagan.
Breakfast at the hotel and then, transfer you to Nyaung U Airport for the domestic flight to Mandalay (Appx. 08:10am - 08:40am). Upon arrive at Mandalay Airport and visit Mahagandayon Monastery where more than a thousand monks live and study, to see their last meal of the day in total silence. Continue to U Bein Wooden Bridge built in 1782. And observe Myanma traditional silk workshop. In the afternoon, start your Mandalay sightseeing with at visit to Mahamuni Buddha Immage, covered with thick layers of gold leaves. Continue to Tapestry Workshop; Marble carving and Bronze carving workshops; Shwenandaw Kyaung or Golden Palace Monastery, a superb traditional wooden building; Kuthodaw Pagoda, known as the World's Biggest Book with the collection of 729 stone slabs on which are inscribed the whole of the Buddhist scriptures. In the evening enjoy the sunset from Mandalay Hill. Back to hotel and overnight in Mandalay.
Breakfast at the hotel and then, transfer you to Mandalay Airport for the domestic flight to Heho(Appx. 09:25am - 09:55am). Upon arrive at Heho Airport and drive to Nyaungshwe on the edge of Inle Lake. On the way to Nyaung Shwe Jetty visit Shweyanpyay Monstery. Arrive Nyaung Shwe Jetty and board your own local boat to take you to your hotel. In the afternoon enjoy your boat trip. Inle Lake, well known for its unique leg rowers and scenic beauty with wonderful floating Gardens. Visit Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, the holiest religious site in southern Shan State and housing five sacred and almost shapeless Buddha images. See traditional handicrafts – Silk Weaving Factory in Inphawkhon Village and Knife Making by Black-Smith in Phekhon Village. Then visit to Nga Phe Chaung Monastery, better known as "Jumping Cat Monastery", a beautiful old teak wood building. Overnight in Inle Lake.
Enjoy your breakfast at hotel. This morning, leave your hotel by boat to Nyaung Shwe Jetty and drive to Heho Airport for the domestic flight to Yangon (appx. 12:50pm - 01:45pm). Upon arrival, visit Bogyoke Aung San Market (formerly kno wn as Scott market to the British) to see Myanmar traditional handicrafts, cloths, snacks and famous Myanmar jewellery abounded in stalls of the market. Arrive in Yangon and transfer to your hotel (overnight in Yangon).
Breakfast at hotel and the rest of morning free at your leisure before transfer you to Yangon International Airport for your departure flight.
